Excellent resource for anyone who wants to become a personal trainer.
As in most fitness books, you'll notice some errors in form in photos of exercises.
Amazon shipped this item to me in lightning speed and I was super grateful as I ordered the book only 2 days prior to the Personal Trainers course.

This book is mandatory reading for those wanting to write the NSCA-CPT exam. Having said that, it is also a tremendous resource for those involved in personal training, or even advanced athletes who want to understand more about how the body is impacted by specific types of training.

The early chapters are a fairly difficult read if you, as I, do not have a science background. After that things become somewhat easier.

Lots of pictures of specific exercises along with "common errors" for each one which is great for visual learners.

Overall a great buy!

THIS IS A MUST-HAVE FOR PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL TRAINERS! This book gives both the foundational exercise-science information but also the practical information to use with an actual client!
