Product Description

Rythmes robotiques mâtinés de funk-rock servent d'écrin à un inédit acoustique "The Way You Look Tonight". Et à la place du solo emphatique embourbant le genre floydien, Air offre une vidéo de "People In The City" filmée live à Los Angeles. --Sabrina Silamo

the remixes are just horrible... enough said...
problem is the last song 'the way you look tonight' may be one of their best... still, don't waste your money on this!

3.0 out of 5 stars too much filler Dec 7 2003
Format:Audio CD
The edits are a waste of space, and B I T C H E S in the C I T Y is kinda lame. I like the ozio remix of How Does It Make You Feel, and The Way You Look Tonight is one of my favourite Air songs. But even that song doesn't sound like its finished. I think some of these tracks would have made good b-sides to compliment singles, while sparing us of the trash and filler that takes up half the cd.

4.0 out of 5 stars A CLEVER ONE WITH SOPHISTICATED MELODIES Aug. 15 2003

Everybody Hertz...
A title that really grabbed my entire attention ...
But in the end...Nothing new but still beautiful...!!
...I have to addmit that this album is not the best of Air....but still not a worse .IT IS A VERY GOOD ONE.
I was really disappointed with the bad reviews by critics and fans about this ALBUM ( the re-release of the unreleased track (THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT)
+ some of the remixes of other three tracks that appeared in their latest album)...
(There is no effort that was spent in making these mixes....They are way too noisy for an Air album....and some of the tracks appear with the same kinda beat..)

That's what was said in some reviews I read and still remember...
I believe that It might be right....but still I think that keeping on the same kind of style is not a mistake as long as it's right...and has it's fans and it's own popularity..
I mean it is difficult to find something new nowadays
I think that Air are one of the few bands that are great in singles just like in their albums...
They managed in this one to satisfy most tastes by providing different style of music....So you haves some tracks with the same title but can be played in different moods....
Like (don't be light) for instance...it is composed once as a electro-dance influence and once with the same coverage of air (chill-out electronica music)...which I think is really clever..
I also recommened those following ITEMS by AIR :

1.0 out of 5 stars Stay away from this one Feb. 10 2003
By Johan
Format:Audio CD
This album is a really crummy deal. It contains remixes from the previous album "10.000 Hz Legend". And bad ones at that. If your idea of fun is five different versions of "Don't be Light", then by all means, buy the album. If not, then stay away from it. Let's just hope it's the evil record corporation and not the boys in the band who've come up with this scam.
