HASH(0x9e87b128) out of 5 stars A lot of Information in 68 minutes May 13 2011

Verified Purchase
The DVD has a lot of information in 68 minutes and it does follow the order of the workbook. Not everything in workbook is on the DVD but the DVD could be watched without the book and the book could be read without the DVD. However, together the workbook could be used best as a self study tool and the DVD could be used best as a teaching tool or workshop for psychotherapist. The material is for the audience of helpers and not clients. I give it two thumbs up!
