An interesting book which is unfortunately marred by the heavy censoring. But that censorship lends itself to a fascinating game of trying to figure out what was blacked out and why. Too bad the content and implications of her story take some of the fun out of that little game. Hopefully the author gets the chance to publish a complete edition in the future without the b.s. editing.

Due to the censorship in this book you are unable to enjoy the storyline. Each time you are getting into her spy adventure key parts of her mission are blacked out making the read very frustrating and losing the flow of events. The book is therefore disjuncted and not appealing.

1.0 out of 5 stars Talk about making yourself look good... Nov 1 2007
By Drinse
Format:Hardcover
I borrowed this book from a friend. Thankfully I didn't spend any money on it. The entire thing is an attempt to make Plame and her husband look good, rather than showing them up as the self-serving liars that they are. It also tries to make the Bush administration seem to be at fault for everything (which is nothing new). No time is given to the huge compendium of information out there which puts the lie to almost everything the "spy" (hahaha) and her husband the"ambassador" (another hahaha) have said. In spite of so much evidence (from so many other governments) that contradicts her made-up stories, liberals will love this book, in spite of its lack of truth, because it makes Bush and his people look bad. Well, she will have her 15 minutes of noteriety, but not my money.
