Product Description

Valerie Plame's status as a CIA agent was revealed by White House officials allegedly out to discredit her husband after he wrote a 2003 New York Times op-ed piece saying that the Bush administration had manipulated intelligence about weapons of mass destruction to justify the invasion of Iraq

-----

i thought this was a very good political thriller based on a true
story.it starts off slow, giving the viewer a back story, and letting you
get to know the two main characters involved.it's a very compelling
story that once you start watching, you want to keep watching to the
end.Sean Pen and Naomi Watts portray husband and wife Joe Wilson and
Valerie Plame.for reasons i won't give away
here,Plame is outed as a CIA agent.there is much
more to the story than that,of course.Penn and Watts are excellent in
their portrayals,as are the supporting cast.Doug Liman(The Bourne
Identity)directed the film from a screenplay by Jez Butterworth &
John-Henry Butterworth based on the books "The Politics of Truth" by
Joseph Wilson and "Fair Game" by Valerie Plame Wilson.for me,Fair Game
is a 4/5

Great movie. I enjoyed it very much as it is a recent news making item. Some dirty political game to justify the invasion Iraq by George W Bush and his White House people. Politicians can play dirty to get their way. Another good movie, although not based on fact, is "Nothing But The Truth". What would happen if the same leak didn't come from a White House staff but from outside?

Now that we're finding out more and more about the former Administration and their disastrous and deliberate rush into conflict with the volatile Middle East, this lays out the lengths that Bush, Cheney and their enablers were willing to go for their supporters to profit from a bloody and long obscenity that has cost trillions and who knows how many thousands of lives. Worth seeing.

It was too much drama, moved too slowly and dragged out far too long, it took a while before we knew what the plot was.
