When I saw the deluxe Fallout 3 strategy guide I was intrigued. I don't usually buy hard cover guides but having seen the thickness of the book online I though the extra money would be worth it. The guide is far and away the best guide I've ever bought.

As expected it has strategies on how to create a character and the full walkthrough. The best part though is the "Tour of the Wasteland" section. It takes up nearly half the book and gives you full maps of all locations and where the treasures are found. If only all guides had that. No longer do I have to return to the same locations because I missed something valuable. I use it so much that I am very glad I bought the hard cover deluxe version. By comparison my Oblivion guide is the soft cover and pages are falling out because I used it so much (Morrowind too!)

This guide is huge, high quality and worth every cent.

With a game as complicated and as intricate as Fallout 3, this guide was essential in getting past a few near-impossible brain bending obstacles. It is amazingly thorough and well laid out. The information in this guide is essential for anyone who is trying to survive the capitol wasteland.

Very useful, contains everything you d like to know about fall out. The hard cover and art inside are beautiful. The paper quality could be a little better. It s very thin and easily wrinkles from hand sweat. I was also disappointed that there were no complete map inside the book, so I contently had to have both book and separate map in hand, which was quite cumbersome. All in all it s a great product and make a wonderful addition to your nerd cred collection.
