Not as glamorous as advertised,

The item was made of cheap plastic, packed with very small poor quality chips, and was shipped in a beat up box wrapped completely in clear packing tape... it took a sedative and about 20 minutes to get the product out of the package. Figure the product would have been represented and shipped a little better considering it was selling direct from Amazon!

I read other reviews that said when their package was delivered the box was destroyed, I thought this was no big deal since I would throw the box away any way and that it must have been damaged in shipping, but to have the one I got show up in the same condition I now believe it's Amazon shipping damaged products and not FEDEX doing the damage. I bring this up because several items that should have been in the box must have fallen out of the holes that were in the box. Items like the balls for the wheel, one of the deck of cards that were supposed to come with it, and half of the chips that should have been included. Not to mention the quality of the wheel is very low. I didn't expect it to be like the $500 wheels but I thought it would at least spin straight and level, but it wobbles when you spin it so the ball always ends up on the low side.I would not recommend this item to anyone and now have doubts about buying anything from Amazon in the future. You would think they would take more pride in and show more attention to the items they ship. |
