Excellent information for all ages. I was already a convert after watching "Food Matters", but bought this one for my students at school as I thought it would be more user-friendly for them. Perfect choice, both for my students, my husband and myself.
I wish everyone could watch this video and follow the guidelines in order to promote a healthier society. What a nice world it would be if we could all eat this way!!

This is an excellent DVD on the subject of regaining one's health by changing diet. It is at once poignant and witty presenting a message to be heeded by all of us.
