About the Author
Neville Goddard is well known as one of the most influential teachers and writers of metaphysical work. Neville was born on 19 February 1905 in Barbados. He was the fourth child in a family of nine boys and one girl. In 1922, Neville came to the United States to study drama at the age of seventeen. During his entertaining tour in England as a vaudeville dancer and stage actor, he developed a great interest in metaphysics. Hence, he gave up his entertainment job and devote fully to the study of metaphysics and spiritual matters. --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

The conciseness of this book reminds me of another tiny book "It Works", and to some extent of books like Shiva Sutras, which contain merely a technique, and leave it up to the reader to use the technique and discover what happens by himself. And at times, I highly appreciate books which contain only the technique, without being muddled by anyone's interpretation and speculation. Even in some of Goddard's books, his interpretation of Biblical stories may sometimes seem to go overboard, and while you may or may not look at those stories in quite the same way as Goddard, the essence of all of his books is that your consciousness creates your reality, and to bring that truth closer, he generally uses quotes from the Bible, his interpretation of those quotes, and he shares his and other people's experiences.Read more ›

disappointed. not close to what I expect from Neville as it seems a poor attempt at not reaching what he tried to get across to his followers in other published material. Read morePublished 6 months ago by lori lindsay
not the easiest book to understand, but once you get the 'aha' you'll love it.
so many things became clear to me.
It is a very good book, not too long, lots of facts and ideas put in a simplistic way that everyone can understand.Published 9 months ago by Donna Macleod Hardstaff
