Field House Echoes relives some of the most memorable moments in University of Wisconsin sports history such as John Kotz's one-handed shots, Michael Finley's remarkable leaps, Magic Johnson's visits as a member of the Michigan State team and Omar Crocker's boxing prowess.
For 68 years, the Field House was a focal point for that old sports cliche: "the joy of victory and the agony of defeat." Patrons of that venerable edifice witnessed their share of both, although probably tilted more toward to "agony" side from its dedication in 1930 to the last Badger men's basketball game there in 1998.
