Very well written, systematic, student-friendly, Feb 23 2012

I appreciate how student-friendly the text is. It provides theory, examples with running explanations, and plenty of examples to do on your own (though without a way to "check" your work). I did buy the Kindle version and must state that the only glaring flop here is that you cannot print, even a single page. I contacted Wiley & Amazon directly about this and Wiley points to Amazon, and Amazon says it's something to "consider" which means for having purchased a very expensive ebook you loose the ability to do what you could do by means of photocopy if you had the print version.
