This was one of the best crime novels I have read, an opinion shared by a friend who also read the book. The plot is brilliant the ending is extremely clever clues are presented from very early on in the novel but I failed to recognise them and in the end I found myself feeling very sorry for the perpetrator. I would highly recommend this book to anyone with a fondness for crime fiction
