There are enough fish tales here to make a good fish tail soup. Actually, it would be more of a catch-all soup, as there is a variety of styles, each adding a nuance of flavor to your experience. The stories range from the whimsical to the macabre, so there is something for every taste. Speaking of fish tales, don't let this be the one that got away.

Prepare to be amused, scared, entertained, and above all, mystified. This is a collection of short stories, each from a different author with the main connection being water. I liked them all.

It's great fun to read the variety of styles and voices in this anthology of Sisters in Crime "Guppies," folks whose first crime novel has not yet been published (though at least one of them has a book due out in a few months).

From locked room mysteries to modern takes on crime, these stories are a great showcase for each author's voice and point of view. I'm only halfway through, but enjoying these very much!!!
