If you want a pretty good workout that incorporates moves from dance, this is a great dvd for that. It really gets you going. As a beginner I found this to be a great workout and something that I could build up to with the 3 different levels on the dvd. As each level goes the moves get trickier and faster. Overall a fun workout dvd that I enjoy having in my collection.

I have truly enjoyed this DVD, you can go at your own pace. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am now buying the dance DVD since Edyta Sliwinska and Alec Mazo have proven them selves to be excellent instructors.
