HASH(0xa386c960) out of 5 stars perfect for sport participants who travel and need a post-event work out Sept. 30 2015

Arrival and delivery was spot on great as usual with Amazon purchases. Product review: Well thought out for keeping things tidy. store the band and massage balls inside the roller keeps everything together. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the roller could be maybe 2-4 inches longer for keeping the roller in position a little better for piriformis muscle or IT band massage. Maintaining an angled position on a short roller is challenging. As its name implies, I would consider this great for participants traveling to sport events like cyclists, runners and gymnasts where you can't or don't want to take a full size roller with you on a plane or car trip. I bought it for home use because it was "compact" and would save finding a storage place for it when not in use. The different compression grades for the massage balls is what everyone should have as most pressure points should never be massaged with a rock hard ball. If you have to use that much force to break up adhesions then what you really need is a qualified massage therapist who knows how to work the specific soft tissue without damaging it or the surrounding tissue.

HASH(0xa386cb88) out of 5 stars Great travel roller June 14 2014

I even find myself using it more often than my longer foam roller for most things, the smaller size makes it easier to target some muscles without getting hung up in the extra roller length. Packs well if a bit heavy in weight. I sit and use the roller balls under my feet while working at the computer. Video gives good tutorial on uses.

HASH(0xa386cdec) out of 5 stars convenient and perfect for travel Oct. 3 2013

Love it! It's so compact and convenient. Very useful to have the acupressure balls stored inside. I really like having three different grades of hardness too. I got it to help ease the links out during marathon training. I had a huge white foam roller but I never used it because it was annoying to have to lug it around.

This thing is just amazing. Highly recommend and would absolutely buy again. Versatile, fits in my carry on, hard enough to really dig in to my knots but padded so that it doesn't feel sharp; short enough to be maneuverable...I use it every day.

Seems to be good...don't use the balls as much as the roller, but I tend to feel better after rolling out.
