Good resource for adding diversity to your basketball practice sessions and for making improvements in specific areas within your team. I have used this book for two seasons now and it does offer some good drills. I am able to adapt the lessons to the right age group as ours is a bit young for some of the drills. I like how the book separates drills by aspects of the game, for example there is a defense section, etc. It is not my favorite coaching book but it is useful and I do recommend it.
