Product Description

301: Unconditional Love - Team One is called to a gun-buy-gone-wrong, only to discover the team is in pursuit of a young psychopath in the making. Team One must resolve a standoff at a seedy motel with a fugitive who’s shot two police officers and taken a teenager, Paul Wilder (Devon Bostick), hostage. At first Paul seems like a good kid in a bad situation, but as the team digs deeper it uncovers chilling secrets that reveal Paul is far from innocent. What began as a standoff ends as a desperate chase through the city’s sewer system, and it’s up to Parker to stop Paul from making a mistake that will change him forever. Meanwhile, Ed discovers that his cop brother Roy (Colin Cunningham) might have been responsible for one of the officers getting shot… and that his wife is, unexpectedly, expecting. 302: Severed Ties - When two children are abducted by a knife-wielding woman, Team One must quickly track them down - revealing an unexpected connection along the way. Maggie Perrello (Kelly Rowan) was the perfect mother until an addiction to prescription meds spiraled out of control. It cost Maggie a stint in jail, and the loss of her beloved daughters Becky and Riley into foster care. Now she’s out of jail, clean and sober, and yearns to bring her children home. When Maggie discovers that she can’t have her kids back, she turns desperate and kidnaps Becky and Riley. Team One answers the call. But when an unexpected complication threatens Becky’s safety, will Parker be able to convince Maggie to make the ultimate sacrifice? 303: Follow the Leader - When a young man caught up in a white supremacist group turns against them, he triggers a deadly retaliation with far-reaching and highly personal consequences. Team One launches a high-stakes raid on a white supremacist compound after a former insider, Danny Butler (Brendan Penny), alerts it to an imminent attack. The team shuts down the militant camp but nearly loses one of its own in the battle. When the dust settles, the team discovers that the group’s leader Victor (Adrian Hough) escaped with Danny’s brother Trent (Tyler Johnston) and another accomplice... and they’re all carrying concealed bombs. Parker must enlist Danny’s help in a race against time to stop the bombers and save hundreds of innocent lives. 304: Whatever it Takes- The SRU is called to save a star basketball player pushed to the brink of suicide by a team’s code of silence and an abusive coach. Carlton Hayword (Douglas Smith) is the star player of the legendary Eastern Tech Warriors basketball team. He’s got everything going for him, and playing under Coach Wellstead (Mike Dopud) practically guarantees him a shot at going pro. So why does the SRU discover him on the roof of Eastern Tech, emotional and dangerously close to jumping? Parker must get through to Carlton, desperately buying time as the rest of Team One fights to crack the Warrior’s protective code of silence. Will the Team discover what really pushed Carlton to the edge before it’s too late? 305: Collateral Damage - A man charged with killing his own baby puts his life on the line to get to the truth. After a surprise breakout from a prisoner transport van, Team One is hot on the heels of Frank McCormick (Jonathan Scarfe) – a man charged with killing his infant daughter. When the Team learns that Franks isn’t at the courthouse seeking revenge against the opposing lawyer all evidence points to the fact that Frank may be planning retaliation against his wife (Cara Pifko) who gave damning evidence against him. But things take a new turn when Frank decides to abduct Kerry, taking her by force to the city morgue. The Team discovers he’s targeting Dr. Roberta Fenton (Barbara Eve Harris), the coroner who handled his case – with a mission to prove his innocence at any cost. Meanwhile, Ed gets an urgent call from Sophie - she's on her way to hospital, with a dangerous complication to her pregnancy. 306: The Other Lane - When the Team must rescue a rogue cop hell-bent on taking down an arms dealer, it discovers a surprising connection to one of its members. ‘Shots fired!’ – and the SRU is called into an upscale neighbourhood where the Team intercepts an arms deal in progress. Taking on multiple shooters, the Team gets locked in a furious firefight with arms trafficker Nick Watson (Ian Tracey) and a second suspect… Ed’s brother Roy (Colin Cunningham), a disgraced ex-cop. Is he beginning a new career in crime? Or is he on an undercover mission of his own, fighting to redeem his lost honour to regain his brother’s respect? A tense game of bluff and counter-bluff leads the Team to a shipping yard, where loyalties are tested to the extreme. 307: Thicker than Blood - A bank robbery leads the SRU to the abduction of an upstanding family man, who is forced to pay for the sins of his past. Team One arrives on the scene of a bank robbery where a man claiming to be Roger Finch has turned to desperate measures after trying to withdraw $40,000 from his account. But the case is not so simple: the Team discovers the bank robber is actually Garth Scarrow (J.D. Nicholsen), and the real Roger Finch (Hamish McEwan) has gone missing. Finch has been kidnapped by the bank robber's daughter, Ava (Erin Karpluk) and her husband Mark (Warren Christie). But it's not his money they're after. As Finch's secret past comes to light, the couple leads the Team to a hospital showdown. Roger Finch holds the key to a child's life... and Ava and Mark will stop at nothing to save their son. 308: Jumping at Shadows - Team One must intercept a deadly plan when a crime from the past catches up with a family living on the run. Alexis Sobol (Natalie Alyn Lind) is a bright, curious ten-year-old living in a state of constant fear. Hidden from neighbours, with no friends or schoolmates, her lifeline is the unlikely friendship she shares with Kate (Kristen Thomson), a sympathetic 911 operator. When Kate gets a frantic call from Alexis, Team One flies to the scene discovering that her mother has been shot and that Alexis and her father (Yannick Bisson) have vanished. There’s more to this family than meets the eye. Alexis has been hiding in witness protection, and the men responsible for the triple murder she witnessed have finally tracked her down. Alexis puts all her stealth training into play as the Team races to intercept her killers. Meanwhile, Parker’s long-estranged son, Dean, shows up at the station for a fateful reunion. 309: Acceptable Risk - In the wake of a horrific spree shooting at a City Museum, SRU’s actions and judgments are put under a microscope by an investigator with an agenda of her own. Shaken by a gruesome spree shooting incident, Team One returns to the station only to come under review by Special Investigations Unit agent Jill Hastings (Lauren Holly-Greco). Each Team member is sequestered and questioned separately about the incident in accordance with SIU procedure. Agent Hastings digs so aggressively for mistakes and missed details that the Team begins questioning the calls they made… and each worries that one of their own will face criminal charges. They soon discover a troubling past between Hastings and Parker that explains her determination to take him down… 310: No Promises - Spike discovers his former mentor may be implicated in a tangled case involving corruption, drug dealers, and an attempted gang execution. Shots are fired at the scene of an accident involving a bus and an unmarked police car. Team One arrives on the scene to discover that the driver of the police car is Spike’s old training officer and mentor Oliver McCoy (Gary Basaraba). McCoy was transporting two criminals - one of which is Jeremy Bullard (Jamie Maczko), nephew of Paul Bullard (Walter Alza), notorious leader of the Bedlam Crew. As the team fights to contain the scene before flames engulf the wreckage, McCoy and Jeremy Bullard vanish… leaving Spike to fear that McCoy may be in serious danger. 311: Terror - With Jules in jeopardy, Team One faces a double challenge: talking down a delusional man who’s being used as a weapon, and preventing a horrific act of terror against a mosque. The Team receives an urgent call from Jules on her day off - she and her date Steve are trapped in a restaurant with a gunman (Aaron Poole) who’s shot a waiter and is now holding hostages and making incoherent demands. Team One works with Jules on the inside, fighting to calm the gunman down before the waiter dies, but it’s clear there’s more to this simple hostage-taking. Team One discovers that this delusional man is merely a pawn in a much more horrific act of terror, targeting a local mosque. 312: I'd Do Anything - Complications arise in a high-risk SRU raid when an informant gets caught in a dangerous game of love, murder and betrayal. Team One is called in to serve a last-minute warrant for the Financial Crimes unit (Natalie Brown) in a busy nightclub. The Club’s owner, Alex Carson (Tim Rozon), is the mastermind behind a massive credit card fraud ring and is about to close a critical multi-million dollar deal with an international buyer. It’s all systems- go and the informant, waitress Jackie Emery (Rachel Blanchard), is supposed to assist the team from the inside. But the raid goes dangerously wrong when Jackie fails to hold up her end of the deal, and vanishes with Carson… her lover. It’s a dangerous cocktail of trust, love, betrayal and murder, as the Team tracks down the fleeing pair, trying to get to Jackie before Carson discovers that she’s the one who sold him out to the police… 313: Fault Lines - A yearly re-qualification becomes a fight for survival as an elite military psychologist sets his sights on breaking up Team One. The members of Team One aren’t happy when they find out that their yearly re-qualification has been taken out of Ed and Parker’s hands. While Donna Sabine (Jessica Steen) runs the Team through grueling tactical drills, Dr. Larry Toth (Victor Garber), a military psychologist and ‘team-breaker’, peers inside the heads of Team One individually, exposing secrets and faults. With the fate of the Team hanging in the balance, Ed’s wife Sophie goes into labour, Parker’s leadership is questioned, Spike and Wordy stare down the barrel of a life outside the SRU, and Sam and Jules, their past relationship exposed and condemned, wonder whether they’re willing to give up the job for each other. As Parker waits to hear the fate of his team, a shocking hot call comes into the station, involving one of its own...

The Strategic Response Unit is a team of cops like no other. High risk is their business and life-and-death stakes are their world. Team One relies on its unique blend of tactical brilliance and emotional intelligence to keep the peace. Season 3 of Flashpoint is driven by the powerful theme of Family. How can you be a cop who puts his life on the line for his team every day – and then be all you have to be to the family you have at home? The members of Team One love, fight, and negotiate among themselves, even as they race to save the lives of strangers. This season, they face their toughest adversaries yet: a chilling spree shooter in a museum, a ruthless gun runner, a brotherhood of white supremacists, a budding psychopath, the manipulative man behind a terror attack… and an investigator targeting the team itself with charges of criminal negligence. Ed Lane’s strained marriage is further tested by Sophie’s news that they’re expecting again, and his brother – a troubled cop – makes an unexpected re-entry into his life. Greg Parker is thrown by the arrival of his long-estranged son, Dean. Jules and Sam work in perfect sync as colleagues, but when a new man enters Jules’ life, it forces their own suspended romance back into their minds. This season, Team One grapples with choices and tough decisions that leave us wondering if it will ever be the same again...

Seriously... this is a CTV production first so when looking for the DVD's make sure you are getting the one with the CTV logo on the front. Previous reviews for this product are actually for the CBS version which is totally messed up. CBS didn't get it right for Season 2 or 3. This is my favorite show and I am anxiously awaiting the May release date for the CTV version so it will be correct.

Okay so this item is the real one from phase 4 and hasn't been released yet. But when it does it will be the complete season 3 not the half seasons from CBS/US products. So am not sure about the 1 star for this product when its not even been released yet.

Could someone please list the episodes on the dvds for the CTV 3rd season? I have the CBS Seasons 1-3 and the CTV. Season 4. This combo of seasons is missing season 3 episodes 8-13. Amazon does not list any episode info therefore I don't want to order the CTV version of season 3 if it is also missing these episodes. Thank you. Pk

This is the 4th season where the order of the episodes follows how CTV showed them.
Begins with Personal Effects and ends with Slow Burn.
The only thing I find missing is a subtitling feature for hearing impaired.

Pre-ordered this DVD excited to see the third season of the series, only to find that the first episode is from the middle of Season 2. The episodes are out of production order and listed in CBS broadcast order. Not worth the money if you've seen both halves of season 2 or want to see the episodes in the order produced.
