My 8 year old loved it. Jan. 13 2013

It is hard to get an 8 year old boy to sit still especially to read a book. My son read through this in two sittings and loved every page.

I feel bad for Stanley. March 10 2011
By Jennifer Perry - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
When Stanley cried it made me sad. Stanley is a very amazing child. I downloaded one flat Stanley book and read it to my brother and me down load half of the sieries. Stanley might be diffrent but is very sweet and understanding. I love these books and wish that ,if Stanley was real, he knew how much the children love him!

Great 2nd grade level July 28 2010

The is a wonderful book for children that enjoy adventure and are beyond early readers, but not ready for the harder mystery and adventure books. It is great for both girls and boys, Flat Stanley is a favorite among many of the students in the library.
Flat Stanley 4 May 19 2014
By Factor Kids - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
My favorite part of the book is when Nick rode Stanley in the air like a snowboard. Nick stood on Stanley's back and went snowboarding. Then, some wind pushed Stanley from under and they went up in the air. I liked this because if I had a Stanley, I would use him to go to places. Then, people would see me and I would look cool.

My son has outgrown the Flat Stanley books. They are a nice basic reader for those kids starting out. The story kept him intrigued. I admit it, I liked it too.
