Have been pouring over the pages of this book -- VERY inspiring. Some of the recipes have difficult to find ingredients, and some woil require solid, well-established cooking skills, but overall I'd rate this book as five star for its ability to inspire fresh, delicious, tempting meals. The photography is also wonderful. enough so, that I'm planning on leaving it on my coffee table for awhile!
