Life Changing,
By
This review is from: Foodmatters (DVD)
I can't remember why I bought this DVD or what inspired me to even take a look at buying it, but am I ever glad I did! This video has changed my life, my husband's life, and the entire way we look at how we eat and what we eat. Excellent information delivered in a no nonsense, easy to understand method. I showed this video to my Biology 12 students... talk about a hard audience to please... and they LOVED it! My students still comment on the information they learned and I have noticed a new awareness in all of them about what they are choosing to eat and how it is affecting their health and their emotional well-being. Amazing stuff! Highly recommended!

a must watch dvd,

This review is from: Foodmatters (DVD)
This is an informative, excellent dvd for anyone who cares about their health and for loved ones. It discusses some of the benefits of raw foods, issues related to the current medical industry, the cancer "industry", vitamin therapy, etc. If people are unaware of certain issues, it's a real eye opener and can change the way you look at health care for the better. Highly recommended.

All about what you didn't realize you already knew,
This review is from: Foodmatters (DVD)
Quite possibly one of my favourite documentaries. It screams common sense and challenges us to outsmart pharmaceutical and biotech companies and return to the way of living we are genetically programmed to follow! Many chronic ailments are lifestyle diseases and rather than pop pills or subject yourself to death-inducing chemo/radiation why not let thy food by thy medicine? The music is a little loud at times but for me it didn't distract from the message.
