This DVD shows you the proper technique for applying reflexology on yourself or someone else. I was interested in it for my own purposes to improve my health. This DVD does a great job of showing you where you need to apply reflexology for different results. Each area of your foot corresponds to a certain area of the body. I easily followed the DVD and applied the technique.

This DVD is great as a learning tool for health and awareness. I had no idea that there were so many nerves in the foot that trigger different healing passages for the rest of the body. I will continue to use the DVD for pain relief and maintenance.
