Excellent slicer, been looking for one for a long time. Great for slicing soft cheeses, although I have been able to cut cheddar.
No hassle cheese cutter. Just set cheese on the cutter and you can cut the cheese any thickness you want with the pressure of one finger every time. No more forcing a knife through the cheese block and getting a slice that is like a shingle ( thick on one end and nothing on the other) . No crumbs, no mess, no fuss. Plus the marble is attractive and fits any decor.

Bought this for my dad to replace an older one and he loves it. Wire makes cutting cheese so easy and you can cut really thin slices. White marble isn't the most attractive but it worked fine for my dad.
