The Fray return with their self-titled sophomore album. If you liked their first album, then you will definitely love this one. Their sound is almost exactly the same as on the last album, in fact you could probably interchange songs between the albums and you wouldn't notice. Perhaps the biggest difference I would say that the guitar parts on this album are much more involved. On How To Save a Life the guitar parts are rather simple, mostly strumming. However on this album, the guitar definitely takes part more in the sound. The music is still piano carried.
In my opinion the best songs include, Syndicate, You Found Me, Say When, and Enough For Now. Each of these encompasses their piano-driven rock sound. The album is definitely worth adding to your collection.
