The wealth of supplements on this InfiniFilm edition would be overkill for such an innocuous comic goof if they weren't produced in the same spirit of the film. So skip the dull production commentary with Ice Cube, director Marcus Raboy, and producer Matt Alvarez and go directly to the cast party talk-along with actors Anna Maria Horsford, K.D. Aubert, Terry Crews, and Katt Williams. You won't learn much about the production apart from how much fun they had making it, but that fun is infectious. The costume design featurette "Ghetto Fabulous" is highlighted by a shopping tour led by "Money Mike" actor Katt Williams and "The Pork Report" is a barbecue tour of the southwest. But the real treasures are the deleted scenes and the hilarious outtakes: the art of improvisational comedy in action. --Sean Axmaker

Sequel. Craig and Day-Day move back into the hood, where they find jobs as security guards at a strip mall. Hijinks ensue on their first day on the job, which happens to be Christmas Eve.

Okay, let's start with this: I'm white. Thankz.
Why I wanted to see this movie, I have no idea. Oh, wait. I do. I saw the trailer. Damn, the trailer was funny. And then I saw 'Next Friday' on USA, and I thought it was okay. So I decided to spend my hard-earned cash from man-... and rent 'Friday After Next'.
Sadly, the movie isn't as good as the trailer was. Of course, me being white, I have no idea who this Ice-Cube-Boy is, for I'm more familiar with VANILLA Ice. *Ice, Ice, Baby!*. Although there's a few chuckle-worthy moments in the movie, the rest of the movie just drags until the end.
The DVD wasn't bad, though. Lots of special features, including the trailer I liked so much. There was also a little thing that plays throughout the movie and it pops up with little tidbits and trivia, and stuff...yeah.
Overall, I don't know why I didn't like this movie as much as I thought I would. Oh, yeah. Now I remember...

when i first saw next and after next, i was not overly pleased, but not disappointed either. i think that with next, i went in with expectations that it needs to have smokey. but the second time around, i really began appreciating cousin day-day, he like chris tucker has a personal flair for deliveration of lines in his mannersim, you really like this guy in the movie. and who can forget uncle elroy...stole the show best lines:
-i paid money cash...im the king around here
-got a pool, cant swim
and what about day-days lines about the his ex's sister and the whole twinky thing..lol...and when he lied about the size of his rims to craig (that whole scene was awesome)

i love when in teh 3rd movie day-day meets pinky at the xmas party, and goes nuts with excitement, and gets grease on his face...oh man just the best....

Not As Funny As The First But Far Better Than The Second

A guilty pleasure.
I wasn't a fan of Friday (my friends claim I should be shot for saying that) and Next Friday was weak...but this film...Money Mike made the film!

That's enough of the Friday movies
Don't get me wrong, this movie had it's moments, where I couldn't stop laughing, but now enough is enough. NO MORE FRIDAY MOVIES ICE CUBE.
