Enjoyable and inspirational,

This book takes us through Stitch's upbringing and how he became, not only one of the best cutmen in the business, but how he has improved fighter care. It is really interesting. And you don't have to be an MMA or boxing fan to appreciate it. It shows us a great example of how working hard, making your own opportunities and going through doors that are opened for you can lead to a very successful career and touch many people's lives. That said, being a fan of combat sports did help, because I've seen many of the fights that he talks about in the book. It was great to get a behind the scenes perspective. It also adds enjoyment to fights I've watched after reading the book because I now know more about the relationship Stitch has with many of the fighters. I think you'll enjoy it.

I bought this book for my husband because he grew up with Jacob "Stitch" Duran in Merced California. My husband was truly surprised and very excited to have such a wonderful gift. He has read a good portion of it since I gave it to him and he is completely amazed at how well this book was written as well as how much of his own childhood is in this book. We are truly satisfied with this purchase and for this being the first time ever to order from Amazon we are completely satisfied.

I read this book from cover to cover and could not get enough of it. I really felt like I was there for each event that he talks about. There were numerous nights where I lost sleep just trying to get to the next chapter or finish reading about one event. I really hope there is a second book to continue on with his legacy!
