The ultimate paradigm for Electronic Disco.,

During the late seventies, disco was becoming more experimental. Artist and/or producers were incorporating various sounds/elements to the pulsating beat. From rock to nostalgic 40's style music, disco was taking on different forms. But there were very few artist who best exemplfied this type of experimentation. Point in case, In regards to electronic disco, Giorgio Moroder was at the top of his game, creating this melodic electronic masterpiece in 1977, and in the process, setting the blue print for electronic dance music. FROM HERE TO ETERNITY contains some of the most hypnotic, infecious disco music ever conceived. From the title track to the albums concluding track "Too Hot to Handle", this is synthized disco at it's best! FROM HERE TO ETERNITY has retained its freshness after so many years! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Back in the late 70's there was this thing called LP's. They were like today's 12" singles , but they had different songs on them. They could only hold about 35 minutes of music. Also, recording technology wasn't was it is today. When you release an album from the 70's on CD in it's original format, it will seem short compared to today's 70 to 80 minutes of music on a single CD (usually filled with throw-away filler). Back in the 70's, music producers were not fixated with blasting the world with bass. The music to today's ears doesn't sound loud. With that in mind, if you weren't old enough to hear this music in the 70's, this will not sound right to you. But, you have to listen to this with the history in mind. Moroder was THE pioneer in electronic pop music. His groundbreaking work on Donna Summer's 1977 "I Feel Love" was the first time a song without "real" instruments hit the Top 40. Moroder's work then paved the way for the 80's synth pop revolution.
