At barely 300 pages, this is not a huge book, but it does have pretty good coverage of what most tourists need. As is typical of Frommer's books, about 1/3 of the pages are an overview of the area including suggested itineraries, best-of and must-do lists, and some history and culture lessons. Another 1/3 of the book is listings and reviews for tourist-oriented businesses like hotels, restaurants, and nightlife. The last 1/3 of the book is details on activities and attractions.
The book is fine for what it tries to do. The book is in color, but photos are small and sparse, unlike some other guidebooks that are full of photos. The restaurant and hotel listings are far from comprehensive, but they do give you a good idea about what is available, both in types and locations.
Yes, you can find most of this material on the internet these days, but not with this this level of organization and consistency.
