4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty handy and accurate... Feb 7 2011
By Luna
Format:Paperback
This book was quite helpful in our trip. Its small and compact and easy to access. The recommendations were accurate and I loved having access to cheap eats as well as posh ones. Variety is key. My only comment is that with any travel book, a most recent version is always appreciated: One discovery made in Acapulco. Eat at La Trainera. Seafoood from heaven. (Resto is located in a huge mall, but the food is from heaven).

2.0 out of 5 stars Get Moon's Instead Mar 5 2009
By Hawk Stone - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I bought this book for our trip to Ixtapa, and I would describe it as a 'waste of paper'. There are only about 25 pages devoted to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo, and the rest is Acupulco and very generic Mexico information.

I was so disappointed that I ordered a different book, Moon's 'Acupulco, Ixtapa and Zihuatanajo'. That book arrived yesterday, and it is SO much better!

3.0 out of 5 stars Limited info on Ixtapa & Zihuat July 20 2008
By D. Tran - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Wish there was more info on Ixtapa and Zihuat. Only 23 of the 170 pages covers this area.
