About the Author

Jeremy Head is a travel writer, photographer and broadcaster based in Brighton, UK. Over the past decade or so, his travel writing and photographs have appeared in most of the UK’s national newspapers and specialist travel magazines. On TV in the UK he has worked as an undercover reporter for ITV’s "Holidays Undercover" and as an expert on Channel 5’s "The Hotel Inspector." His obsession with Andalusia began with a weekend break to Seville in 2000 and he has been going back for more ever since. (Maybe it’s the wine and sunshine?) As well as writing and completely updating this fourth edition of Frommer’s Seville, Granada & the Best of Andalusia, he is also the author of Frommer’s Seville Day by Day. You can find out what he’s currently up to by reading his blog: www.travelblather.com.

If you’ve got comments about this guidebook—good or bad—feel free to email him. He'd be very interested to hear from you: seville@jeremyhead.com

It's okay May 28 2013

Not really enough information to be really useful and, of course, you don't get the coloured pictures that are in real books. I was disappointed in this and it has rather put me off downloading similar travel books.
Out-of-date information. Nov. 18 2013
By Laura Schumann - Published on Amazon.com

I usually enjoy Frommer's travel guides, however, this one included a lot of out-of-date information. We spent time in Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Granada and time and time again, we found that many of the restaurants included in this book no longer exist. Thank goodness we had also purchased the Rough Guide to Andalucia. I do not recommend purchasing the Frommer's guide.
About Sevilla, Granada and other places Jan. 4 2014
By JACQUES JOOSTEN - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Far too much info on where to stay and dine. Walk around in the backstages and you'l find the places. But give more historical background and tell what REALLY to see and visit.

We really like this book for planning a trip to southern Spain. It covers all aspects of travel and gives loads of options.

Great Resource June 17 2011

Frommers does us all the favor of actually visiting and reviewing places to stay, places to visit, places to eat and the best path to take to have a good tour. Very useful. Could benefit from more photos.
