Beth Bence Reinke is a registered dietitian who writes about food, health and nutrition, but thinks enjoying dessert now and then makes life sweeter. She lives in rural Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons. Beth is also the author of Race Fans’ Devotions to Go and several children’s books.
