This pick roller is working perfectly after I have scanned over 110,000 pages with my Scansnap S1500 in little more than 1 year.
first, I didn't read the manual, so I didn't know that this part can be replace, so the scanner keep jamming paper, you can't even put 2 pages there. So I was thinking to either put my $500 investment into garbage or simply live with it, obviously in one accident I found this and give it a try, boom! my scanner is back, I now can scan at least 5 pages in the feeder without any problem again! The great thing is amazon got the cheapest price in all online stores! so go ahead!
