When the DVD arrived I immediately wrapped it for Christmas. On Christmas day we discovered that one of the discs would not play. I thought I`d never get a new one. Was I wrong.
I sent Amazon an email with my problem. They sent me an address label via email to put on the package to return the DVD free of charge and they immediately put a new one in the mail. It was only a week before the new one came. Then, when they received the damaged one, they emailled me to let me know they received it. I was very impressed. The new DVD works great and it is, as usual, quality viewing. We love Full House. Thank you very much Amazon!!!!!
