I used the this meat tenderizer yesterday for the first time to make some pork steaks. Honestly, I was a bit surprised, but that thing is really working well. It takes a little longer than pounding but it's so much cleaner and even somehow relaxing. You just roll back and forth and all over depending how thin you want your meat. All in nice silence. You have to apply pressure to the tool and that's where longer handles would be easier. But otherwise, I love it. Cleans up easily, too. Recommend it!
