5.0 out of 5 stars Bender's the Greatest! Dec 6 2009
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
First off I'll say that I'm an absolutely huge Futurama fan and have watched the show since back when it first aired in 1999. This box set is freakin' sweet which is my mind set right now and especially when I first opened the box. Speaking of the box unlike many complaints on Amazon.com, it seems that the packaging is secure with plastic "bullets" filled with air securing it in the box. Also the discs themselves were secure with just some condensation from the trip. Each disc comes with a different character on it with the last four (the movies) labelled with a significant character within the movie (Yivo, Scammers, etc). The content itself is great just like the show unexpectedly and I'm sure you'll be tempted to try to watch them all in one go. Good luck. There is a ridiculous amount of extras to go along with 72 episodes and 4 movies. Also, I've heard some people throwing the box out after they take Bender's head out. DO NOT DO THIS. First off, the box is cool. Second, the episode guide and letter from Matt Groening and David X Cohen is inside. With great packaging both durably and aesthetically along with a great series (continuing next year), this is one great buy. 5 out of 5.

What can I say? Best DVD collection ever! I only wish pressing the antenna would open the door of the case, because that would be amazing. Oh well, it's still amazing. I love this and all my Futurama fan friends want it bad!

5.0 out of 5 stars I <3 Futurama April 15 2010

Awesome collection that comes in Bender's head, could you ask for better? My package came in like, 2 days!! I was very impressed with the speedy delivery. The only thing you have to be careful with is not tipping the head at all when carrying it, I didn't notice it was on a slight angle and the DVDs spilled all over. But otherwise I love my Futurama series!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Benderific! Feb. 2 2010
Format:DVD
It may seem crazy to keep a 1:1 scale model of bender's head sitting on your desk, but when that model just happens to contain the entire Futurama collection on DVD, it suddenly makes every other CD rack look like a cheap twentieth century throwback. Now if it could only talk trash.
