This is a wonderful guide to getting your nutritional health back in order. I have faltered to keep my diabetes under control, but after just 2 weeks, my blood sugar levels are normal and I've lost 3 pounds to boot. I'm grateful for the down to earth approach that Rick Gallop has used in this book and the support network that is in place - from newsletters to the website. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to make a positive difference in their health.

I found the book to be very informative. Also enjoyed the many recipes they offered. Made me think about what I'm eating.
The program they offer was very good, and I enjoyed reading all the commentaries from people who have been succesful with this plan.
I enjoy and keep the book close by when shopping and cooking.

We are pleased with the condition of the book considering that it was sold as used. We have found the diet easy to follow and very tasty. Being a big sweets eater prior to the diet I had expected to have problems but so far so good, and I am actually losing some pounds
