Living in Toronto, I was slightly annoyed that I couldn't find this title at any of the major chain bookstores or even at a specialty cookbook shop. Now that I have it, I suspect it's because the book is printed by a small press and is entirely in French (something I initially overlooked in the item description). Not an obstacle at all, especially since I understand most of it and any instructional text is easily translated using your choice of online translators. The photography is amazing and the food is very accessible. Buy this cookbook! You will not be disappointed.
