Arrived on time and in good contition; the fact that it has a little case is a nice touch. Fits easily into any wallet. The only (very mild!) concern I had was that I thought it would come with an explaination of the various tools' uses.

This product is cheap, look very useful, but the one I received is partly defected there is a press line right across the face of the tool. When I turn to side I can see a crack which suggest this is a defected product. After consulting with the seller, they agree to refund the defected product, the seller confirmed the defect is from the supplier.
