This yoga mat is great! I use it for all of my workout DVDs. The pattern has not worn off at all, and the grip is great! So nice to not have my feet sliding everywhere. Oh, did I mention that it looks fabulous? If you like the look of this mat you will definitely get a bang for your buck.

I bought this yoga mat mostly because I liked the colour and the picture. I didn't bother to look at the witdth of foam it was made out of. Too thin for me. This yoga mat does however have nice grip and I have not yet lost footing while doing a pose.

I love the design on this mat, but it is far too slippery to use for hot yoga. It's also narrower than my usual mat. Would recommend for regular yoga only. It's my outdoor mat now.
