great product, works well and is nicely made
only negative is that the end of the strap where it wraps around my mat is slightly large, still fits though

Not what you might expect! Oct. 17 2012

You might think you are ordering the color in the picture but you are not. You will receive what they decide to ship you. I thought I was ordering purple like the picture but received black. When they say "Assorted" this means you don't have a choice in the color. So if you don't care what color you receive go ahead and order it.

Just what I need Aug. 12 2007
By Chanelle - Published on
I picked this sling because I don't take yoga classes and only need a way to transport and store my mat (that is, I don't need any room for extras). I got this in a green leaf pattern, which I love. I use it with Gaiam's regular 1/4" thick yoga mat and the straps of the sling are long, but it works fine. Therefore, if you wanted to use it with a thicker mat, that would work too.

Haven't used it yet but looks nice. Really wanted one color but got another. I'm not going to send it back but just make sure that when you order, it did not offer a color choice. It says assorted!

Disappointing Sept. 10 2013

I realized the color would be the luck of the draw when ordering, but I assumed it would still be embroidered like the picture. It's not. Is a dark teel color with no decoration at all, which should be less expensive than a nicely embroidered one. The straps are too big for my mat, they require a thicker mat. This is frustrating because I have a pretty standard sized mat, of the same brand I should add, GAIAM.

Exactly what I expected. June 18 2013

This mat sling is exactly what I needed. The straps that go around the mat are long enough, and include enough Velcro, that when I don’t roll the mat tight enough it still works. No re-rolling required. The shoulder strap is also long enough so the mat sits comfortably when carried.
