Wow. This, the 4th studio album from Canadian collective Bran Van of Montréal (with occasional forays into NYC and Toronto) soars. If you know and like their sophomore effort, "Glee" , you'll likely love this. If you enjoy music by acts such as FAITHLESS, ONE GIANT LEAP and LAMB or even DIDO and MASSIVE ATTACK, you really owe it to yourself to check this out. As most Quebecois under age 55 know, Bran Van 3000 is a national treasure.Brad Pitt's a huge fan, for what that's worth to you. This CD blends electronica, Trip Hop, Trip Pop, dub, trance, rock and pop with an occasional reggae/dubstep nod to create some of the most consistently great music on the planet. Yet again, Montréal shows what an affordable, culturally-educated, cosmopolitan city can do for the global art world. BUY THIS and support Bran Van 3000! I did. :-)

This band amazes me again and again. Awesome production value on this record; my top pick of 2010. It begins slow and buiolds, and builds, and builds . . . Just a perfect record if you are looking for eclectic rock rap funk.
