I love cookbooks. I use them all the time. My major gripe with this book (and the first one) is the fact that there is NO index! The recipes aren't even indexed on a main front page! How do you say "I want to make that cool blueberry muffin recipe" without going through half of the book looking for it? Look up a recipe for that extra okra? Good luck.

I never use these 2. Ever. They could have excellent recipes, but I can't find them in a reasonable amount of time. I just can't get my thumbs around them when I'm ready to cook. Very bad UI design.

Only a few of the recipes I have tried actually turned out - I'm not a bad cook and I can follow directions so I'm not sure what is up with these books - but a good majority of the ones that I have tried failed miserably. I'm not sure if the recipes were tested or not by an outside source. Lovely people though!

Am I the only one who is even the slightest bit dissapointed? The recipes sound so good but more than one has failed for me. I'm not a bad cook so I doubt it's because of something I'm doing wrong. While there are lots of good recipes, I'm sure and wonderful advice on bread making I'm just not jumping for joy. What happened Tanya and Sarah? Where did all the anti-cow girls go?
