Although, lane assist doesn't work correctly all the time, happened to me only twice, when it would show the wrong lane to turn to. Also, some streets can be found on the map, but when entering those in address search, Nuvi cant find them. Maybe a glitch, not sure.
Spoken street names is a cool function, I don't really need it, but it is nice to hear what street you are on. It also tells you out loud your custom spots that you can name whatever you want.
The older Garmin unit hadn't the trip recorder, this has it and it is pretty amazing as it shows all of the trips you have made so far, right on the map. Sometimes it's really helpful, as you can always check back on the trips you have made to find out a place you need to get to again.
Battery is good enough, satellite acquisition is really fast to my taste, as well as powering on the Nuvi. A really good product with some minor bugs, that wouldn't alter your driving in any way. Would recommend it to a friend.
Easy set up and directions give you lots of warning in making turns
The pronounciation of the streets by the automated voice leave something to be desired
sometimes I think I've got the wromg lanquage setting
Overall very satisfied with the unit
