Product Description
The Gemini, a being with an alter ego, being their own twin, both male and female, brother and sister, cursed to be one or the other but never truly both. A fantasy character that became the author's real alter ego whilst lost, addicted to online role-playing games, as he quite literally became his character and swapped his life for his characters'. So this is a true story of high fantasy, all the events as depicted happened in real-time online, all the characters depicted were played by real people. Enter the highly sexually charged world of our darkest shared fantasies, in the company of a character whose dual male and female nature enabled them to explicitly sample the full range of human sexual delights, in every male and female combination possible and beyond. Enter a world of madness, of normality turned upside down, roles reversed, of domination and submission, bondage and slavery and discover the startling truth behind the narrative.

About the Author
Adrian Nicholas Frost was born and lived in Milton Keynes since 1965. He has had a lifetime s interest in sci-fi, fantasy and role-playing games. In 2005 he became addicted to online role-playing games; the game totally replacing his real life, and for a time he became the character in this book; it resulted in his divorce. Eventually his money and credit ran out and he was forced to stop playing. While recovering Adrian wrote this book; it helped heal him of his addiction and depression. He has now found the love of a good woman and they plan to marry and have children.

I am the Author of this book. It is a semi-autobiographical account of a life lived in an online alternate virtual reality. A mirror universe, like Alice's Wonderland a warped reflection of our own world. Contrary and perplexing.

The Gemini is about these online avatars, virtual twins of their creators and players, characters created to live in such online realities.

The main character has their own dual identity, the magical ability to swap between male and female versions of themselves, to better explore and understand the world they exist in.

The narrative as told through the eyes of the character has its own alter ego, its own Gemini, in the tale told through the eyes of the author, the truth behind the narrative. Included as a postscript are a series of short essays about each chapter, everything that wouldn't make sense within the confines of a fantasy novel. All the nuts and bolts of an online environment, what was happening to me in real life, what is known about the other players. The who, what, where and when of it all, to make it as true an account of real events as possible.

The novel deals with adult themes, specifically cybersex, which is often much more frank and detailed than your average erotic novel, often covering some difficult themes. While I kept no transcripts of actual events and often wished I had, each scene is as accurate and as vividly detailed as I could manage.

It was intended to be just a single book, but when finished eight mounts later is had grown in size to four volumes and nearly 1/2 a million words. This is the first of four volumes, that were written as a single novel charting the rise and fall of the Gemini and the three subsequent volumes in the quadrilogy (tetraology) are complete and ready for publication.
