It is not clear from the online description, but there is a hard piece for heating which runs nearly the entire length of the water bottle and makes it extremely uncomfortable to use. The belt which holds the water bottle is nice--ergonomic, comfortable--but the water bottle itself is terrible. It also says it takes 10-15 minutes to charge, but in reality it takes more than 20.

The back belt is very uncomfortable... The charger has a loose connection. You have to position it a certain way and hold it for 20 minutes for the water to warm up... very unreliable and potentially dangerous.

Very good, stays hot a long time, longer than the "warm in the microwave" type. However, downside is that it's very heavy (filled with water), so not good for travel and it does take longer (15min) to warm up than the microwave types. Depends on your needs.
