But the Pirate Cats have an ace up their sleeve: someone in Geronimo’s crew is an imposter!

This review is from: Geronimo Stilton #6: Who Stole the Mona Lisa? (Hardcover)
This is among my all time favorites of the Geronimo Stilton graphic novels. In Catburg the capitol of Catatonia Tersilla discovers a code that she believes will lead to a treasure. For once she also has a plan to keep the Stilton family from stopping them from kidnapping Leonardo Da Vinci. Geronimo funny cousin Trap tricks Geronimo into giving him a ride when he offered to Geronimo the ride. Instead of going to the office Geronimo and Trap end up going to Professor Volt lab where sister Thea, Nephew Ben and friend Bugsy Wugsy (known as Pandora in some graphic novels and the TV cartoon show) get ready to take the Speedrat. Thea is acting strange and doesn't seem to know things she ought to. During the story we only see Catardone the 3rd and his henchman Bonzo possing as rat painters with talk of Tersilla catching up with them later. When the king of France is attacked and some of Leonardo's plans are stolen it appears that his sister Thea is involved some how. Geronimo is beside himself for answers as he tries to discover what the pirates cats plans truly are.

The book a great preview of book 7, some wonderful history bits including mention of some Leonardo inventions I never knew about, French castle history and more.
