This book is an honest attempt to pull together the issues that face contemporary business women and to propose some common sense solutions. Lovett-Reid's device of discussing subjects such as "Passion," "Career," Money," etc. by weaving together comments from her 26 interviewees reads a bit like a Russian novel with too many characters, and sometimes lacks focus. Still, it's a worthwhile compilation of topical concerns and advice, and is refreshingly Canadian.
