For those companies struggling with the doom and gloom of rating employee performance, and for those employees who dread the "popularity contest" at the end of the year that signals the win/lose promotion game, this is the book for you! This book provides a good argument for getting rid of performance reviews, but more importantly, it provides an excellent solution, the performance preview, that will help build morale in the workplace and move the organization forward. A "must read" for organizational professionals and forward-thinking managers alike.
