This is an awesome video which combines anaerobic intervals with resistance training. Although this is an advanced workout, different levels are shown for each interval exercise which allows you to adjust the intensity to your fitness level. Because of the variety of exercises in this workout, the time goes by very quickly.

Jari cues well, and constantly provides form pointers.

I bought this dvd to help me shed those pregnancy pounds and Im glad I did! It's quite a workout and the time goes by really fast! If you are into overly bubbly instructors like Denise Austin then Jari Love is not your type but she really gets the job done. Her cues are excellent and there are modifications for those who do not have a step or barbell. I only had hand weights and I still got quite the sweaty workout. This workout can be done by the novice exerciser and the advanced exerciser alike because of the modifications among the "Rippers" and you will all feel the burn the next day. Highly recommended!

This is not an easy work but it is GREAT ! You will sweat your butt off - literally. The moves are not too complicated ( with variarions for beginners) but intense. It is an hour long but it goes by fast. It has a good combonation of cardio and strength training including abs. If you want a great all over workout - this will do it.
