Retro but effective,

Once I got past the '90s outfits and concentrated on this program, I realized this is quite a unique approach to stepping. On the plus side: you'll get a great, total body workout; the stepping is very easy -- a good thing because there's a lot happening with your upper body; Gilad is easy to follow. On the down side: if you want a new and challenging step routine, this is not the one for you; you'll have to buy very light weights (1 or 2 pounds) if you don't have them. Bototm line: I'm an intermediate to advanced stepper and I find this DVD a great addition to my collection as it helps build upper body strength as well as cardio, which is somthing you don't always get with other step routines.

I guarantee that you will fall in love with your trainer, Gilad. He is charming and fun, and he will motivate you. This video is just a joy to use, the movements flow and the steps are concise. The actual moves just make you feel good, and you work up quite a sweat. In all, it's a pretty fantastic excercise video that anyone can use.

This video is an excellent workout for step and toning overall. It is easy to keep up with and just about right for challenging. Its also entertaining to watch the people in the background at the beach! Gilad is a great instructor!!
