You know, I liked it. I geniuinly did, I think she is pretty kickass, and she has a nice way with words. I must agree with another reviewer, who said that her voice was strained. It is strained, especially on Girlology, which is a shame. But overall, songs like 'Learning', 'Teenage Opus', and the rockabilly vibe on 'Confessions of an Astronaut' make it worthwhile, especially for her first full length CD effort.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not so Hot, Aug 20 2005

Kim's voice sounds both strained and monotonous to me. The quality of the songs, particularly the melodies, is mediocre. However, she plays a pretty good guitar. I really didn't enjo this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ahhhhh Mazing, Jun 3 2004

I purely stumbled into Kim's website, listened to her clips, and was immediately drawn to her voice. Raw and edgey, soft and elegant, and pure and honest. I bought Kim's CD soley based on listening to her on her website. I'm looking forward to listening to "Learning" all the way through. I like finding new artist such as Kim and listening to them and turning my friends onto new artists also.
